We are excited to offer one and two bedroom luxury log cabins from Lancaster Log Homes. Enjoy a campground experience with the modern amenities of a rental cabin in the White Mountains.

Cabin Rental Details and Amenities

  • Two bedroom Cabins: one queen bed, one double bed with an overhead twin bunk, and a futon (sleeps 6 / max 4 adults).

(Cathedral #15 and Carter #13 Cabins feature a loft area with two twin beds)


  • One bedroom Cabins:  one queen bed and one futon (sleeps 4)

Cabin Rental Prices


  • Two Bedroom: $195-$275 per night 
  • One Bedroom $125-$195 per night
  • Three-night minimum during peak season and holidays. 
  • $50 cleaning fee per stay
  • $100-$200 refundable security deposit required
  • 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation
  • Subject to NH Room and Meals 8.50% Tax
  • Occupancy:  daily rate price includes 2 adults and 2 kids. Additional Guests: adults =$10 each per night, kids= $5.00 each per night)
  • Pet Friendly: $5.00 per night.Please bring proof of rabies vaccination
  • A Linens Package is Available for $25.00-Includes bedding and towel set for each occupant
  • Non-Smoking

Cabin Locations

Two Bedroom Cabins are located on sites #11 (Cranmore) #14 (Chocorua) #13 (Carter w/ loft) & #15 (Cathedral w/ loft)

One Bedroom Cabins are located on sites #92 (Bear Notch) and #93 (Black Cap)

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & INFORMATION

  • Vehicle Capacity for Cabin

    • Max of 2 vehicles. 
    • Arrangements for extra trailers (cargo, boat, etc.) must be made in advance.

  • Dogs in the Cabin

    • Only one dog is allowed in the cabin. $5 per day. 
    • A Rabies certificate is required for all dogs. No exceptions.

  • Campground Check-In & Check-Out Times

    Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. 

    Check-out time is before 10:00 am. 


  • Cancellation Policies

    We understand that plans can change and cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. For this reason, we require 14 days' notice prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Please note that cancellations made 13 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund.

  • Campground Visitors

    • Visitors are welcome between 9 AM and 9 PM
    • All visitors must register in the office and pay the visitor’s fee.
    • Adults (18+): $10 
    • Children (17 & under): $5
    • Spend the day on our sandy beach using our Saco River Day Pass.
