Cabin Rental Prices


  • $195-$275 per night 
  • Three-night minimum. 
  • $50 cleaning fee per stay
  • $200 refundable security deposit required
  • 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation
  • Subject to NH Room and Meals 8.50% Tax
  • Maximum Occupancy: 6 persons (four adults max per unit)
  • price includes 2 adults and 2 kids. Additional Guests: adults =$10 each per night, kids= $5.00 each per night)
  • Pet Friendly: $5.00 per night. Please bring proof of rabies vaccination
  • A Linens Package is Available for $25.00 -Includes bedding and towel set for each occupant
  • Non-Smoking

Cabin Locations

The cabins are located on sites #11 (Cranmore) #14 (Chocorua) #13 (Carter) and #15 (Cathedral  w/ loft)

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & INFORMATION

  • Vehicle Capacity for Cabin

    • Max of 2 vehicles. 
    • Arrangements for extra trailers (cargo, boat, etc.) must be made in advance.

  • Dogs in the Cabin

    • Only one dog is allowed in the cabin. $5 per day. 
    • A Rabies certificate is required for all dogs. No exceptions.

  • Campground Check-In & Check-Out Times

    Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. 

    Check-out time is before 10:00 am. 


  • Cancellation Policies

    We understand that plans can change and cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. For this reason, we require 14 days' notice prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Please note that cancellations made 13 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund.

  • Campground Visitors

    • Visitors are welcome between 9 AM and 9 PM
    • All visitors must register in the office and pay the visitor’s fee.
    • Adults (18+): $10 
    • Children (17 & under): $5
    • Spend the day on our sandy beach using our Saco River Day Pass.
