Rental Home Prices

  • $150-295 per night 
  • Three-night minimum
  • $75 cleaning fee per stay
  • $200 refundable security deposit required
  • 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation
  • Subject to NH Room and Meals 8.50% Tax
  • Maximum Occupancy: 6 persons
  • (price includes 2 adults and 2 kids. Additional Guests: adults =$10 each per night, kids= $5.00 each per night)

Rental Home Location

  • The Beach House is located at 98 Eastern Slope Terrace and sits on top of the hill behind site #11.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & INFORMATION

  • Vehicle Capacity for House Rental

    • Max of 2 vehicles. 
    • Arrangements for extra trailers (cargo, boat, etc.) must be made in advance.

  • Dogs in the House

    • Two dogs are allowed in the house.
    • A Rabies certificate is required for all dogs. No exceptions.

  • Campground Check-In & Check-Out Times

    Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is before 10:00 am. 


  • Cancellation Policies

    We understand that plans can change and cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. For this reason, we require 14 days' notice prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Please note that cancellations made 13 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund.

  • Campground Visitors

    • Visitors are welcome between 9 AM and 9 PM
    • All visitors must register in the office and pay the visitor’s fee.
    • Adults (18+): $10 
    • Children (17 & under): $5
    • Spend the day on our sandy beach using our Saco River Day Pass.
