What To Expect When Camping With Us

Quiet Time after 10:00 PM

We strictly observe Quiet Time at 10:00 PM. If you are disturbing your neighbor’s right to peace and quiet you will be asked to leave without a refund or subject to arrest. (STATE of NH LAW)


  • All children & teenagers must be on-site by 10:00 pm.
  • Loud music or loud TVs are not allowed at any time.



Registration

All visitors must register at the office. Unregistered visitors will be asked to leave, if you are in the campground without stopping at the office for a pass you will be considered as trespassing.



Pet Rules

Pets are welcome. For the safety of all campers, current rabies certificates are required for all pets. They must be kept on leashes at all times and not left unattended. Due to our insurance policy, we are unable to allow certain breeds or mixes thereof Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Dobermans. Pets are not permitted on the beach. For hygienic reasons for all, please clean up after your pet.



Respect Our Property

This property is privately owned. You are camping under the trees in the woods of New Hampshire and subject to the whims of nature. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that they hereby release the campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to them arising out of their use of the facilities and agrees to indemnify the campground, its officers and employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any family member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of the camping facilities.



Help us Keep it Clean

We live on a floodplain and are subject to flooding at any time. Please pay attention to any weather alerts that mention a chance of flash flooding in the area. Come prepared to camp in any type of weather conditions. We do not offer refunds due to acts of god. Keep your campsite clean of trash, candy wrappers, cigarette butts, cans, etc. Help keep the Saco River pristine for future generations. This trash will end up in the river if not properly disposed of. Our fire permit does not allow the burning of trash, please do not use your fire pit to do so, a fine could be imposed.
